Vicky Jain is one of the Founders and Chief Executive Officer of Convergence Services. In his role as CEO, Vicky Jain sets the strategic direction of the company and has been responsible for its exponential growth & operational excellence.
Constant innovation-led with creativity and developing next-gen products built on ingenuity are the true drivers for business excellence. This has been the anchor for Vicky Jain who has been steering Convergence to grow globally. His rich and diverse experience in areas of Business Development & Financial management has helped charter a sustainable growth path for Convergence.
In December 2009, he was conferred upon the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Award by IEDRA in New Delhi. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
He claims that his abiding love for reading and need for an intellectual deep dive into books have played an important role in shaping his ideologies towards an astute leadership.
Priyanka Jain

Priyanka is the co-founder and Creative Director of Convergence. Her creative brilliance has managed to create a significant impact in accelerating Convergence services' growth and success.
Her favourite mantra that she likes to quote and strongly adheres to is - 'Great designs shape great stories'. She considers designs and creative excellence have the power to create seismic shifts reshaping the narratives of technological solutions. She also leads all Human Resource activities in the company.
She has been named as one of the Top 50 Most Empowering Women in Business for 2016 by Insights Success. Prior to founding Convergence, Priyanka briefly worked at TCS, Bangalore. She holds a Bachelor's in Engineering and a Masters in Human Resource Management.
Abhay Talekar
Co-Founder & CFO,

Abhay is one of the co-founders and also the CFO of Convergence Services. His association with the company goes back to the time when the company was in its formative years.
He is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, legal, business development, operations and investor relations. His immense experience in blending business strategy and technology has enabled Convergence to enter a new business segment that brought in a string of high profile new business wins. He has led many successful small and large scale Government projects.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pune University and an MBA from the Institute of Technology and Management with a specialization in Operations and Marketing. In addition, he also holds a Diploma in Foreign Trade Management from Mumbai University.

Our Story
Birth of Convergence Services:
It all began in the year 2008 when Convergence was found by three smart, young and genuine spirits. With the intention of providing exceptional service at a fraction of the cost, this company started delivering custom website and software applications to its clients.
That leap of faith:
2008 was the year when the recession took hold and the economy was tough and funding was scarce. Despite such circumstances, these young entrepreneurs took the leap and fueled with passion set on the journey to deliver on their Company's mission.
Good work that speaks for itself:
During these difficult times, the team was able to deliver high performance-based marketing solutions which were the compelling websites that helped many businesses connect with customers. The team's tenacity soon helped them gain popularity into the local markets.
uKnowva - A brainchild of Convergence:
The bootstrapping story of Convergence further drove the team to the creation of their flagship product 'uKnowva' in the year 2012. 'uknowva' soon became a big hit enterprise collaboration platform and received a concrete response from companies locally and globally.uKnowva also got featured for an interesting story in YourStory, for being a robust platform along with honourable mentions in Nasscom, NextBigThing and Frost & Sullivan
