Vicky Jain: Founder & CEO, Convergence Services

Vicky Jain is one of the founders of Convergence Services, a Web Services solution provider headquartered in Mumbai he is also the Director of the company and is responsible for strategic planning, vision and everyday function. He is the driving force behind the company and its explosive growth. He is well experienced in the areas of Business Development, Quality control, Finance, Management and his proficiency and competency in the said areas is an asset to the company. He did his engineering from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College and pursued his MBA from IBS. In December 2009, he was awarded prestigious Bharat Gaurav Award by IEDRA in New Delhi. Inspired by his work, recently he was invited by the management of Sardar Patel College, Andheri to deliver a lecture on entrepreneurship.

In his spare time Vicky enjoys reading motivational books, historical books, Artha Shastra being his one of the favorites. Apart from that he likes playing football and listening to music.

Priyanka Bhor: Founder & Creative Head, Convergence Services

Priyanka Bhor is the founder and director of convergence services, a Web Services solution provider headquartered in Mumbai. Prior to founding convergence services Priyanka worked at TCS in Bangalore for a brief period of time. A natural go-getter Priyanka is instrumental in building the company and she handles HR, Web Development and Quality control Process. She did her engineering from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College and currently pursuing her MBA from welingkar College with specialization in Human Resources. She has managed to create a significant impact in the acceleration of company’s growth.

When she is not working in office Priyanka likes to unwind by indulging in shopping and reading books. She also enjoys cooking and has many lip-smacking dishes to her credit.

Abhay Talekar: Co-Founder & Business Development Head, Convergence Services

Abhay Talekar is a seasoned member of Convergence services and his association with the company goes back to the time when the company was in its formative years. He is also the Director of the company and has more than the requisite expertise in handling large and government projects. He looks after some of the vital processes in the company like Business Development, Finance, Marketing and Legal. He has played a key role in speeding up of company’s development in different business verticals. He enabled Convergence services to enter a new business segment and brought in several new clients.  He holds a BMS degree from Pune and also MBA degree from ITM Southern New Hampshire [SNHU] ,Manchester with specialization in Operations and Marketing. In addition to that he did a Diploma in Foreign Trade Management from Mumbai University.

During his free time Abhay likes to play Football, Cricket, Social Activity and Cards. He also enjoys long drive during his spare time.

Disha Ghatalia: Design Head, Convergence Services

Disha Ghatalia as the Design Head at Convergence services has played a significant role in the overall development and growth of the company. Disha brings a wealth of experience, the ability to drive and support innovation and the unwavering enthusiasm in her work. She has been with the company since 2009 and plays active role in Quality control department. Under her guidance the Convergence new team members have flourished and deliver on time work. She holds a Bsc IT degree from Mithibai College in Mumbai.

When Disha has the luxury of spare time she invest it in playing guitar, writing articles, short-stories and listening to some good relaxing music.

Amit Nigam: Development Head, Convergence Services

Amit Nigam is one of the key members of Convergence Services and he brings wealth of experience and expertise with him to head the development team in the company. He is an alumnus of prestigious MCRPV College, Bhopal where he completed his graduation in Bsc IT. He also holds a MBA degree from SMUT University with specialization in Information Technology. Amit has played a vital role in the development department of the company by infusing fresh ideas and creativity into its overall process. He is a problem solver and keeps practical approach towards his work. With 4 years of experience in software and services sector under his belt, Amit is eager to take the next challenge of his professional life.

An avid gadget and gizmo enthusiast Amit likes reading technology blogs and keeps himself updated with latest technology events. During his free time, he enjoys surfing internet, watching cartoons and listening to his favorite music.
