    Working on OS Ticket Customization as well

    Hi,

    A few days back I had written a blog post about trying our hands on vTiger : the best open source CRM. One of our client just wanted the support ticket part of it. It was not advisable to install and configure vTiger for just one module of it. So, we just searched a few available ticketing systems and found OS Ticket.

    We downloaded, installed it and tried to tweak a few settings and found that the code was really simple and understandable, plus was very light weight in terms of the lines of codes and files. We have started customization of the same and you can have a glance on the following link
