SM Manager Job Role:

1. Create SM Calendar (Monthly), Innovate with post ideas
2. Write and post LinkedIn Comments
3. Search for LinkedIn Groups & Facebook Groups
4. Lead Generation through LinkedIn/Facebook
5. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research

7. Daily posting on targeted time
8. Do trendspotting and create viral posts

9. Grow Telegram Channel & Group
10. Coordinate with other departments such as HR, sales & design to create posts, videos, reels
11. Run job promotions on Linkedin
12. Grow SM platforms organically (followers, engagements, impressions)
13. Upload Google/App/Glassdoor Reviews
15. Create monthly reports on social media
16. Write video scripts in collaboration with content team- Employee testimonials
