This position is in charge of providing vision, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of Uknowva's human resources management system (HRMS)
Requirement
Knowledge of how HRMS systems Functions, Good knowledge of HR Policies, Rules, PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Payroll, recruitment process, Compensation and benefits and should be able to define the rules
Ability to work with a wide range of personas, Excellent Communication skills verbal and written with Clients (HRMS End User), development Team & product team
Advanced skills in Ms Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience with Human Resources Operations and functions
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
Educational Qualification
Master’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant course is an added advantage

Within the scope of Implementation of Uknowva's HRMS, you're in charge of assessing and guiding all functional-related tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of functional services to users across the client's company is consistent and successful.
Provide technical support to all associates and oversee the daily workflow of all implementation procedures.
Coordinate with the team to address all concerns within the timeframe required, as well as evaluate all implementation for the client.
Monitor and administrate all implementation requests, as well as help team and senior implementation managers and give necessary mentoring.
Evaluate all management information reports and procedures, as well as determine any client configuration needs.
Collaborate with the system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
Develop all customer implementation lifecycle processes and tools, identify all problems, and provide a smooth interface with all marketing and technical departments.
Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
