Job Description:

 

We are looking for a Experienced candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in HR operation to be a part of our HR Team.


EXPECTATION FROM THE CANDIDATE

  1. Good  communication skills.
  2. Immediate joiner or within 1 - 2 week
  3. Good grasping skills and a quick learner  (to learn the HRMS features)
  4.  2+ years of experience in HR operations and IT/Non IT recruitment.
  5. Candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge , prior experience in dealings with HR best practices.
  6. Travel to office as per office policy.

Duties:


  1. We need a person who can work on full-time basis for our organization
  2. Performance Evaluation of employees and understanding areas of improvement and development.
  3. Monitoring reports generated from the system for payroll and payslips
  4. Manage the IT Recruitment and Selection Process
  5. Launching new initiatives for employee engagement.
  6. Work on our HRMS system and handle leave & Attendance management as well as reimbursements & comp-off
  7. Motivating Employees on a regular basis
  8. Planning and conducting individual and team review meetings
  9. Should be innovative.
