  • We are looking for an Experienced candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations to be a part of our HR Team.
  •  
  • Requirements:
  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Immediate joiner or within 1 - 2 week
  3. Good grasping skills and a quick learner  (to learn the HRMS features)
  4.  3+ years of experience in HR operations and IT/Non IT recruitment.
  5. Candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge , prior experience in dealings with HR best practices.
  6. Travel to the office as per office policy

Duties:

 

Duties

We need a person who can work on full-time basis for our organization

Performance Evaluation of employees and understanding areas of improvement and development.

Monitoring reports generated from the system for payroll and payslips

To train employee new employee and develop them further

Manage the IT Recruitment and Selection Process

Launching new initiatives for employee engagement.

Work on our HRMS system and handle leave & Attendance management as well as reimbursements & comp-off

Motivating Employees on a regular basis

Handle Training and Development

Planning and conducting individual and team review meetings

Should be innovative.
