About this job

 

  • We are hiring for a Customer Success Engineer. Analyze customers' individual needs & issues to address them effectively on time. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

 

 

 

Duties


  •  

    Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)

  • Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorizing and prioritizing as per the defined TAT
  •  
  • Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services
  •  
  • Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.
  •  
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager
  •  
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL
  •  
  • Understanding PHP code will be added advantage
